The Full Direction Map is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment verification.
- Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access to the Full Direction Map has been granted or the digital file has been delivered.
- No Returns: Since digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product is accessed.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your Full Direction Map or if the file is corrupted/unreadable, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of your purchase as soon as possible.
4. Erroneous Payments
In the event of an accidental double-payment or an incorrect amount being charged due to a technical error on our part or the payment gateway's part, we will initiate a refund for the excess amount to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
